Mission: Repopulate comes shortly after the orginal Black Thieves game. The player is given several different missions where he must rebuild bases, cities, space stations, etc... Mission: Repopulate is a building sim. The player will also get an amount of money at the beginning of the mission, though you can earn money throughout the game, such as by events, or taxes from a city.

The player may also build defences from pirate raids and renegade Dark Knight attack
